MSD Gather

This is a small tool to gather all kind of information from a pc, related to MSD.
It will reteive information about MSD applications, registry entries, Hasp drivers and machine info.
You can view most of the gathered information directly in the MSD Gather tool itself, categorized in a number of pages.
You can also save all the information to an XML file, which you can view using most standard webbrowsers.

In case you are experiencing any problem with MSD, during installation or runtime, you can send this information to us, so we can have a look. You can do this by sending the saved XML file, or use the 'Send as EMail' option from the tool directly.


Installation code
If you have lost the label with the installation code, you can contact us to get the installation code for your registration number. Places where you can find this registration number are:

on the same label as the installation code (which came with the HASP key)
in the 'about box' in the main modules of the Martin ShowDesigner package
In the bottom left corner of the main MSD installation program (from version 4.4 and up)

If you can not find the registration code in any of these places, you can download a small program, which will retreive your registration code. To do this, you must have the HASP key connected to the computer, and the HASP device driver must be installed.

If you have a HASP4 key (MSD version 4.2 or higher), please download regno4.zip, which contains the program regno4.exe.
If you have a HASP3 key (MSD version 4.1 or lower), please download regno3.zip, which contains the program regno3.exe.

Just unzip the file and run the program. It will display a messagebox with your registration number. You can then contact us for your installation code.
